What is Ask Ringo?

Ask Ringo

Ask Ringo is an AI-powered chatbot built directly into the Ringo app. It allows you to ask questions about calls, messages, WhatsApp conversations, and internal team threads, and get instant answers.

Instead of searching through chats or scrolling through past conversations, you can simply ask. Whether you want to review a customer issue, check how your team handled something, or find out what needs follow-up, Ask Ringo gives you quick insights across all communication channels.

After answering your question, Ask Ringo can also suggest next steps, like drafting a reply, listing action items, or highlighting open to-dos, so you can move faster, stay organized, and never miss a thing.

Where to access Ask Ringo?

You can access Ask Ringo in two places inside the app.

  • In your main navigation - tap the ✨ Stars icon in the bottom-right corner of the Ringo app. This opens the general Ask Ringo chat, where you can ask about any customer conversation, team activity, or overall performance across a selected time range.

  • In a specific customer chat - You can also access Ask Ringo inside any specific customer chat. Open a conversation and tap the ✨ Stars icon in the top-right corner (next to the call icon). This opens Ask Ringo focused on that customer, where you can ask about their issues, past interactions, open to-dos, or anything that needs follow-up.
