How Ringo Works
Ringo is a VOIP phone system, instead of relying on old-style phone lines, Ringo turns your voice into digital signals and sends them online, so you can call and message from your phone without needing traditional phone lines.
Basic Functions
Inbox - Your main screen shows all customer conversations. You can view them by all, open, unread or done. From here you can also check notifications, search messages and start new conversations.
Keypad- Use the keypad to make calls to any number or anyone saved in your contacts.
Contacts - This is where all your saved contacts live. You can view, edit and add new contacts at any time.
Settings - Manage your account, billing, team members, AI settings, US SMS and WhatsApp registration.
